Thank you so much for ordering from Hip Mommy! We hope you love your order but in case you don’t here’s all the details you need to return/exchange your order. 

  1. We accept returns for refund (provided all other return policy criteria has been met) up to 14 calendar days after delivery.  
  2. We accept returns after 14 days but WITHIN 30 days (provided all other return policy criteria has been met) for store credit or exchange. Full refund is ONLY for returns with the 14 day window. 
  3. When returning an item, please make sure to return the free gift with purchase if there was one. Not returning the gift with purchase in it’s ORIGINAL and UNUSED state will void the return and will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for store credit, refund or exchange. 
  4. ALL SALE ITEMS - INCLUDING FINAL SALES  are NOT eligible for exchanges, refunds or store credits and are purchased as is.
  5. Special orders are NOT eligible for exchanges, refunds or store credits and are purchased as is.
  6. Second quality items are NOT eligible for exchanges, refunds or store credits and are purchased as is.
  7. Gift cards are NOT eligible for exchanges, refunds or store credits and are purchased as is.
  8. Store credit may not be refunded 
  9. All items MUST be returned will all original packing and tags
  10. Defective product will be handled per manufacturer’s policies. Defective items MUST still be returned in the 14/30 day window. 
  11. Returns are only made to the original purchaser of an item
  12. Items must be received by hip mommy within 7 business days of original return request to be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. 
  13. Tracking and Insurance is highly recommended, as we are NOT responsible for returns or exchanges that are lost by the USPS or any other delivery provider.
  14. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility if an item is being returned because of personal preference.

 

Our Return Policy Criteria: 

1. All Items must be returned to Hip Mommy in new, unaltered, unwashed and unused condition

2. No signs of having been worn

3. No wrinkles

4. No deodorant marks or other stains

5. No odor of smoke, perfume, body odor or pets

6. Tags MUST be attached

7. Registration card MUST be attached

8. Items have not be washed or altered

9. Free gift with purchase is included

 

Once we receive your return we will insect the returned item to make sure that it meets all of our return policy criteria. If your returned item is approved a refund (before 14 days), exchange or store credit (before 30 days) will be issued.

It is the customer's responsibility to CHECK that they have entered the correct shipping address as we are not responsible for items shipped to a wrong address provided by customer.
