How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the “View Cart” link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code. Discounts/Coupons on are not valid on the following products; Sakura Bloom, Tula Baby Carriers, Boba, Beco, Lillebaby and Moby Wraps. 

How do I return a product?

We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Read full return policy 

How do I track my order?

Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

When will my order ship?

We typically ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please refer to our shipping policy for more info. Also, after placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please note that all orders OVER 300.00 REQUIRE signature at time of delivery, no exceptions. 

 

How is my payment processed? 

We typically process orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, same days that we ship orders.  If you pay by credit card or pay pal, note that all funds are on "hold" until we processes your order. 

Example: You place an order on Saturday night for 130.00 and notice that on Sunday the funds have still not come out of your account. This means that we haven't processed the order but will do so on the following processing day, in this circumstance, Monday. 

There isn't any need to email us about the funds not being processed as we know and will only release funds once we are ready to process the order.
